After the days pass on it continuously spreads all over the country. Times passed on and it spreads very fastly across the many countries of the world.

Covid-19 Survey on Economy

The spread of the corona virus has pushed the pause button on one of the world's biggest powerhouses. When the world got the worst hit almost 20 years ago, it caused an economic blip mostly for china and its neighboring countries, but at that time china GDP (Gross Domestic Product) was only 4% of the global total and now end at 16% making China is the second-largest the economy behind the U.S.

One major pillar behind China’s economic rise was its massive rise of factories, which manufactures everything from its T-shirts to Mobile Phones for consumers all over the world. Today China makes 1/3rd of manufacturing and it is the world's largest exporter.

Decades of Globalization have created a supply chain so deeply interconnected, so when there is an issue in china’s economy is felt across the globe. In the spread of the Corona Virus Wuhan, China (the epicenter of the virus) was sealed off. China mandated factory shutdown across most of its provinces.

Hyundai Motors' manufacturing stops because of not receiving parts from china. iPhone also crunches well because it mainly depends on the parts of china. Well, these are some high-profile cases. The hysteria around the coronavirus has made the investors nervous.

Coronavirus COVID-19 industry survey

A survey conducted in the last month, over 600 firms responded between June 9th and June 17th. There was a combination of continuing bad news but some improving news also.

For instance, as before 2/3 of firms said that they had faced a project being canceled and an increasing number of firms say that projects that were expected to start in July or even August have been canceled. It has also seen that continuing problems with projects being delayed for a variety of reasons, but now only 10% of firms say that those disruptions had occurred because of a lack of personal protective equipment. So that is one problem that seems to be clearing up.
